Alamo Neurosurgical Institute is proud to announce a significant expansion of our spine care services with the addition of Ajeya P. Joshi, MD to our medical staff. Dr. Joshi is a board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon with more than 20 years of experience treating complex spinal conditions, bringing specialized orthopedic spine expertise to San Antonio patients for the first time at ANI.

Dr. Joshi’s clinical expertise includes cervical and lumbar spine disorders, spinal deformity, and minimally invasive and endoscopic spine surgery. He trained at Harvard Medical School, completed his residency through the Harvard Combined Orthopedic Residency Program, and completed fellowship training in spine surgery at Baylor College of Medicine.

This expansion allows ANI to offer neurosurgical and orthopedic spine care under one roof — ensuring patients are matched with the right specialist for their condition.
