Physical Therapist

Dr. Diana Torres, PT, DPT specializes in treatment of post-concussion syndrome, vestibular/balance dysfunctions, general musculoskeletal dysfunctions, and post-surgical care at the Alamo Neurosurgical Institute (ANI Spine + Brain).


Dr. Torres first acquired her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Midwestern State University located in Wichita Falls, TX. She later attended Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, TX where she earned her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and subsequently attained her board certification from the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners. She continued her education and obtained a certification in Dry Needling Level I with cadaver anatomy from the International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine (IAOM). Dr. Torres continued building on her passion and acquired an additional certification in Vestibular Rehabilitation and Concussion from the American Institute of Balance (AIB).


She was raised in Chihuahua, Mexico and moved to the United States in her teenage years. She is fluently bilingual which aids in expanding our treatment to the Hispanic community in San Antonio, TX. Dr. Torres is now applying her passion and knowledge to improve our patients’ mobility and function. She is known for her cheerful personality and individualized patient care. On her free time, she enjoys playing the ukulele, paddle boarding, and enjoying nature.
